Because of the high cost of even a partial reconstruction, ceramic welding becomes an interesting solution to extend the life of a furnace.
This process consists in repairing the damage, where is difficult or impossible to reach, in any part of the structure.
The mixtures are sprayed using lances designed and built ad hoc: our powders are made of refractory and metal which, solidifying, create a refractory mass identical to the original. The effectiveness of the process and the high quality of materials allows to eliminate the stress and reactions, thus ensuring a longer lasting repair.
