Cast In Place
In some applications, installation of the refractory materials in cast form is preferable in the glass contact zone as well as for the upperstructures. IRF is equipped, for this purpose with a high pressure pump for refractory material that can operate with materials of different types, specific weight, and grain size distribution.
Total or partial reconstructions
The IRF team has successfully managed numerous total or partial reconstructions in their entirety: from drainage to demolition, from the installation of new refractories to steel replacement and the pre-heating of the furnace.
